Caroline Taylor brings over 25 years of recruitment industry experience across a broad range of sectors, including Supply Chain and Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing, and related industries. In February 2006, she founded Logical Executive Solutions to deliver specialised executive recruitment services tailored to the transport, warehousing, and manufacturing sectors.
Caroline leads executive search and selection assignments nationwide, leveraging deep industry insight and a highly consultative approach. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for developing lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, underpinned by trust, integrity, and results.
RUSSELL HUTCHINSON
Managing Director – Logical Staffing Solutions
Russell Hutchinson brings over 25 years of recruitment experience to Logical Staffing Solutions. Throughout his career, he has placed thousands of individuals into roles where they can grow, contribute, and succeed.
Over 15 years ago, Russell founded Logical Staffing Solutions after recognizing a gap in recruitment services for the Manufacturing, Logistics, and Transport sectors. Since then, he has remained focused on delivering tailored workforce solutions that drive client performance and support long-term candidate development.
DIANA CURCIO
Consultant
Diana Curcio is a Recruitment Consultant at Logical Executive Solutions with over 20 years of experience across both Logical Staffing Solutions and Logical Executive Solutions. She began her career in the Industrial team, recruiting forklift operators, warehouse staff, and administrative personnel, before moving into leadership roles overseeing recruitment for the Transport sector.
For the past three years, Diana has focused on placing white-collar professionals in the Transport and Logistics industry. She is known for her industry knowledge, practical approach, and commitment to long-term client relationships.
TOM GOULOS
National Operations Manager
Tom Goulos brings over 20 years of recruitment experience, predominantly within the Transport and Logistics sector. He joined Logical Staffing Solutions in 2013 as a Recruitment Consultant and quickly progressed to Team Leader, demonstrating a hands-on approach and deep industry expertise.
In 2018, Tom played a key role in launching the company’s first interstate office in Brisbane and was soon appointed National Operations Manager. He now leads a team of 15 staff across multiple branches, overseeing daily operations and ensuring consistent service delivery. Tom is known for building lasting client relationships founded on trust, integrity, and collaboration.
